...she who loves a garden has a very special treasure...

for she has found her private paradise.....

 

...just living is not enough

one must have sunshine freedom and a little flower....

Fantin La Tour Rose....she only flowers once but is so worth it, her pleated skirts and heavenly scent make her a special girl.

 

 

Kolwitzia ....

...also known as the Beauty Bush for very good reason!

 

.....very prickly little scotch roses...

 

with the most gorgeous perfume...you can catch a waft of rose in most parts of the garden ...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 ...I love the frothy  lace....

 

 

..gilt toned viburnum foliage adds a spot of sunshine in a dark corner...

 

and a funny little honeysuckle grown from a cutting ....its so sweet and cute!

 

 

 

...little heartsease  pansies popping up in unexpected delightful places...
